The ‘Trailblazer’ Initiative aims to both challenge stereostypes, while also providing a platform to foster conversations surrounding overcoming challenges and adversities.
The series follows three unique individuals from the GCC who have all been cherry-picked to share insight into their highs and lows of their journey – including singer-songwriter Layla Kardan and Raha Moharrak, the first Saudi woman to summit Mount Everest.
Raha – one of the youngest female Arabs to climb Mount Everest, has made history in more ways than one — and through Canon’s lens, she reveals the story behind how she made the impossible happen. Meanwhile, Layla shares how she explored her artistic talents, eventually finding her voice and way of expressing herself through the powder of song.
