Chef Dalia Dogmoch Soubra To Host A Special Dinner In Support Of The Lebanese Red Cross
The Syrian-German food author, presenter and founder of Kitsch Bakery & Café in Beirut, is hosting a culinary event August 20 and 27
Our contributing food editor has always shared all her easy yet delectable dishes with us and now is set to share her love for food further.
According to her website Dalia is a culinary nomad born in London, raised in Paris and having lived many years in NYC, she moved to Beirut when she founded Kitsch Bakery & Café. Just like many others she has been actively sharing and promoting all the different ways her followers can support Beirut, in response to the devastating blast that took place on August 4.
Taking this even further, she is now set to host an event titled ‘Cook for Beirut’ in partnership with Tano’s at 8 and Mahmoud El-Abed.
The culinary event will take place on August 20 and 27 at ROH.
All proceeds will go to the Lebanese Red Cross, an organisation led by volunteers whose mission is to provide relief to victims of disasters and respond to emergencies.
