From GAIA to Coya: These Fine-Dining Restaurants Are Supporting Lebanon With A New Initiative
‘Save Beirut’ hospitality initiative to unite restaurants across the UAE to offer a percentage of their sales in support of those affected by the explosion in Beirut
A selection of restaurants, delivery platforms and fast-food outlets have officially joined hands to offer a percentage of their sales, from 30% to 100% to Beirut-based charities, whilst being coordinated through the Emirates Red Crescent.

Reinforced by a team of hospitality operators, the initiative has brought the entire business ecosystem together to provide a novel yet an hospitable way to drive donations for the important cause. The prestigious board consists of well-respected regional organisations such as, 7 Management, Al Tamimi & Company, Garage 366, Mazars, Reserve Out and Oulo.
Some of the main players in the initiative include Zuma, The Maine, Roka, Cipriani, Couqley, Akiba Dori, Shanghai Me, and many more.

On August 30 from 8am to 3am, the day will be dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Beirut and to celebrate the influence of the Lebanese culture.

A congenial excuse to share dining experience with loved ones and order for a cause, the initiative highly encourages guests and residents to support Beirut in these unprecedented times.
With aims to raise 10 Million AED in funds, every donation is appreciated and received with utmost gratitude.
