Gigi Hadid Is Reportedly In Touch With Zayn Malik Again

Could the former ‘It’ couple be rekindling their romance?

Just a few months after Tyler Cameron said he and Gigi Hadid were ‘just friends’ following what was very obviously a scorching summer romance (ouch), a source has told E! News that Gigi is back in contact with her ex, Zayn Malik. 

“They went through a phase where they took time apart and weren’t communicating at all, but they have been in touch recently,” the source explained. “She is supportive of him. They chat here and there but it’s been casual.” The source also revealed that the model “has always had a soft spot for Zayn and they have a lot of history together.”

So, could a romantic reconciliation be in the cards for the former couple? Well, the source claimed that fans shouldn’t get their hopes up too soon. 

“They are definitely not getting back together, but are on good terms right now.”

Hadid and Malik were infamously on-and-off for a while before they officially called it quits. After two years of dating, the pair first called it off in March 2018, before getting back together a month later in April that same year. In January, their second split was made public, though neither Hadid nor Malik released any public statements regarding their official relationship status.
