Former Bazaar Interiors cover star Shiva Safai celebrated her birthday this week, and fiancé Mohamed Hadid shared the sweetest message.

The real estate developer posted several photos of him and Shiva on his Instagram. The first was a slideshow of selfies of the duo, which was captioned: “happy birthday my beautiful lady”.
