In less than 24 hours, the duo’s new song “Law Kont” has amassed over half a million views on the video-sharing platform
The Egyptian actor Akram Hosny, known for his comedy TV shows, took his fans by surprise with his first song release featuring the Lebanese singer Haifa. The song is written and composed by Akram, filmed in the form of a sing-off between the two artists.
On Monday, Hosny and Haifa started the hashtag #LawKont which has gone viral on Twitter in Egypt and Lebanon. Fans and friends from the industry including Ayten Amer, Karim Fahmy and Aisha Al Shabrawy took to the comments to congratulate the artists on this huge success and show their love for the soon-to-be Summer 2021 hit song.
