How Regional Content Creators Are Raising Awareness About The Crisis in Lebanon

Nour Arida, Karen Wazen, Maya Ahmad, and others have been calling for change and international support across their respective social media platforms…

In a city known for its nightlife, Beirut’s downtown has been plunged into darkness. The air-conditioning has been turned off, similar to the ventilators in hospitals that have been forced to shut down due to power cuts. Uncertainty is rife, but the region’s content creators are refusing to silently standby. Many, in fact, have made the conscious decision to use their influence for good, calling on the likes of the United Nations and other international bodies to help Lebanon during her darkest moments.

Here, Bazaar shares how ten of the region’s most notable faces are working to raise awareness on what exactly is going on within the nation, and providing information on how one can help from abroad.
