Over the past few weeks, people throughout the globe have found themselves in extraordinary situations, facing challenges they couldn’t have fathomed just a few months ago when they rang in the new year.

Major sporting events and fashion weeks were cancelled, as dealing with uncertainty has become part of our daily routine. As governments around the world grapple with the social, economic and financial effects of COVID-19, the UAE has released an inspirational video with the intention of sharing a core message with the 10 million individuals who call this country home: trust.

The video, shared by the Nation Brand UAE on YouTube, is a promise to all UAE citizens and residents that the nation will do whatever it can to keep all those who call it home safe – where it has to do with stopping the spread of the novel coronavirus or any other challenges it may face in the future.

Whether you’re a local or an expat, the nation’s rulers have made it clear we can have faith that the government will do whatever it takes to keep the country healthy, strong and prosperous.
