Meghan Markle Re-Wears Her Engagement Dress To The WellChild Awards Ceremony
She previously wore the frock when she and Prince Harry announced their plans to marry in 2017
At this year’s WellChild Awards, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, arrived wearing the same dress she wore when she announced her engagement to Prince Harry in 2017.
The emerald green, wool dress by P.A.R.O.S.H. features a round neck, a straight hem, and a twisted bow at the hip. Over the dress, Meghan opted for a neutral, wide-collar trench coat by Sentaler, which she wore around her shoulders. She accessorized the look with sleek tan pumps and a tortoise shell handbag that featured silk scarves doubling as a handle. Her ensemble departs from last year’s look, in which she opted for a chic, all-black suit by Altuzarra.

Meghan was last seen wearing this green number during her and Prince Harry’s engagement photo call at Kensington Palace in November 2017, and the joint interview that followed. During the photo shoot, she wrapped a white coat by LINE over the dress.
Meanwhile, the Duke of Sussex, a WellChild patron, looked dapper in his black suit with a bright blue tie for today’s ceremony. This is Duchess Meghan’s second appearance at the annual awards ceremony, which celebrates of ill children and those who take care of them in the United Kingdom.
