Merry and Bright: Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Teams Up With Piaget To Unveil The Christmas Tree Of Our Dreams
Dubai’s most luxurious hotel has joined forces with the renowned Swiss jeweler, officially commencing the holiday season with a festive display like no other
For the second year in a row, the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira has joined forces with an iconic luxury brand to create a one-of-a-kind Christmas tree.
Located at the hotel’s outdoor terrace, the six-metre high golden tree is a symbol of Piaget’s traditional craftmanship and Mandarin Oriental’s signature fan symbol. The new creation enhances the contemporary feel of the luxurious resort by adding an extra sprinkle of Christmas to create an immersive experience for guests.
“With this golden Christmas tree, we wish to bring to Dubai a touch of what Piaget is all about: unique craftsmanship, extraordinary creations and a true sense of sharing in a festive spirit,” says Christophe Bourrie, Piaget’s Global Director of High Jewellery and Exceptional Pieces. “We hope this wonderful collaborative holiday season setting will bring joy and happiness to all of you.”
“We are delighted to have the opportunity to partner with Piaget on our 2020 Christmas tree,” says Werner Anzinger, General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Jumeira. “Piaget is as passionate about excellence as all of us at Mandarin Oriental and this year it is more important than ever that we all play our part in spreading festive joy and cheer in Dubai.” Last year, the beachfront resort teamed up with the late Japanese-French designer Kenzo Takada to create its first tree.
This holiday season, Mandarin Oriental guests and friends of the Maison can enjoy an exclusive Piaget Afternoon Tea at Noor Lounge. The hotel is also offering the opportunity for a chic getaway with their various staycation packages.
