Pretty In Plaid: Pop Sensation Olivia Rodrigo Wore Vintage Chanel To The White House
The ‘Good 4 U’ singer visited President Joe Biden to speak on preventative measures against the virus
The past year has been a whirlwind for actress, singer, and all around cool girl Olivia Rodrigo who first took the world by storm with her TikTok viral ballad, “Driver’s License.”
You’d be hard pressed to find someone who doesn’t know the bubblegum songs of her debut album, Sour, which has found a steady perch at the top of the Billboard 200 Chart for three weeks in a row.
Yesterday, the 18-year-old made another debut, visiting the White House. In a Clueless inspired outfit by Chanel, Olivia voiced her mission with the President and Director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Dr. Anthony Fauci, to get more young Americans vaccinated against Covid-19.
On the @WhiteHouse official Instagram, she made her plea with a familiar lyric you may recognize, “It doesn’t matter if you’re happy and healhty, getting vaccinated is about protecting yourself, your friends and your family. Let’s get vaccinated!”
