In the wake of the explosions in Beirut that shocked the world yesterday evening, leaders worldwide have expressed their solidarity with Lebanon during these incredibly difficult times including His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai took to Instagram to share his support for Lebanon, by expressing his utmost condolences to the people of the nation.
According to The National the Lebanese flag lit up the side of the Burj Khalifa yesterday evening, as a sign of support and respect to those who have been affected by the blast.
