Sheikh Hamdan Has Just Had Twins
The Crown Prince of Dubai shared the exciting news on his official Instagram this past weekend
Congratulations are in order (times two!) for HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed and Sheikha Sheikha bin Saeed bin Thani Al Maktoum!
The Crown Prince of Dubai and his wife happily are now the parents of twins, as he announced on his Instastories last week that Sheikha Sheikha had safely delivered twins.
Later that day, warm messages from several family members and senior UAE figures were sent on social media to congratulate the couple on their newly parenthood.

“I congratulate my brother His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, for the arrival of his two children,” said Sheikh Said bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior on Twitter.
On Friday evening, the Crown Prince showed his twins to the world with a loving Instagram post where he can be seen holding them both in his arms, and which he captioned with both a pink and a blue heart.
As it has been announced, the baby boy’s name is Rashid – in honour to Sheikh Hamdan’s late grandfather – while the baby girl’s name is Sheikha, just like her mother.
Besides His Highness Sheikh Hamdan’s popularity on Instagram and his active profile on this platform, both him and his wife, who were married in May 2019, decided to keep their pregnancy in secret until the birth of their babies.
