Sheikh Hamdan Takes To Instagram To Announce The Dubai Fitness Challenge
“Last year was a tremendous start but we aren’t satisfied with our successes”
Last year, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum invited all of Dubai to take part in a fitness challenge that encouraged residents to exercise for 30 minutes every day for 30 days. And last night, the Crown Prince of Dubai took to social media to renew his emirate-wide call for people to take part in Dubai Fitness Challenge — or Dubai 30×30.

The challenge, now in its second year, extends to residents of all ages and abilities, governments and businesses and runs from October 26 to November 24.
Last year saw a staggering 786,000 people take part, which Sheikh Hamdan – also known as Faz to his near seven million Instagram followers – said was a “tremendous start”, but “we aren’t satisfied with our successes”.
