Queen Letizia And Meghan Markle Have A Royal Twinning Moment
This Hugo Boss skirt has the royal seal of approval
Both Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, and Queen Letizia of Spain were spotted in the same lambskin skirt this week. This piece from the Hugo Boss A/W19 collection has become an autumnal staple this season, and has officially been given the royal seal of approval.Â
The much-loved Hugo Boss skirt is a knee-length leather pencil skirt in a seasonal burgundy tone that should be in every woman’s closet as the weather starts to get colder.Â
The Duchess of Sussex wore the lambskin skirt to an event at Windsor Castle, the 10th Annual One Young World opening ceremony, alongside husband Prince Harry. Markle styled the skirt with a one-tone colourscheme; the burgundy sweater paired with the leather skirt is by designer Joseph and the shoes are Sarah Flint. She put her hair into an effortless updo and more subtle natural make-up, the Duchess’ signature look.

Queen Letizia, on the other hand, took a different approach to styling her Boss skirt. She paired the winter staple with a white Carolina Herrera blouse with floral lace detailing. And, similarly to Meghan, she rocked burgundy heels from Spanish brand Magrit. The Spanish royal was on her way to the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency in Seoul, South Korea when she was spotted out in this outfit.

This Boss skirt has also been worn previously by Meghan Markle, in an emerald green.Â

The Duchess of Sussex isn’t the only royal that prefers this one-toned look; the Duchess of Cambridge has also pulled it off perfectly.Â
It seems that great minds think alike.Â
