Sheikh Hamdan Went Cruising In The Dubai Rain Today
Dubai’s ever-adventurous Crown Prince’s rain video has gone viral
Few things get UAE residents as excited as rain. With summer finally winding down, the UAE has just experienced its first bout of heavy showers today, signalling the official start of winter!Â
Whilst most of us enjoyed the rainfall from our office or home windows, Dubai’s ever-adventurous Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan was seen cruising around in the heavy rainfall and has posted a video to prove it! The Dubai royal took to Instagram to post a video of him driving his G-wagon through the downpour. The post, simply captioned with “rain, rain” in Arabic has already gone viral.
Of course, social media is already flooded with UAE residents stories and posts documenting the rain, which has taken everyone by surprise arriving early this year. Although Dubai temperature is still hovering at a warm 36 degrees Celcius, UAE’s tallest peak Jebel Jais recorded lows of approximately 15 degrees Celcius in the early hours of the morning.Â
