Music, art and culture fans within the region have been waiting on bated breath for the return of, what’s best described as, the ultimate event that rocked the region back in 2019 like no other; yes, we’re talking about MDLBEAST’s flagship music festival. What Is MDLBEAST?

MDLBEAST describes itself as a “global entertainment and new media platform with music culture at the core,” but many of us know it as the music festival that rocked Riyadh nearly two years ago in December 2019 as it welcomed some of the biggest names in music, entertainment, art and fashion to the region. While the company has plans to expand beyond entertainment events, it will forever be known as the pioneer that combined the best of international and regional talent, launching the Kingdom onto the international festival scene.

In 2019, MDLBEAST Festival welcomed over 400,000 attendees – which included celebrities, supermodels and Hollywood royalty, 80 artists, and 6 stages – in what became the biggest music festival to have taken place in the region.

In a nutshell this year’s MDLBEAST SOUNDSTORM festival will still encompass the same spirit and ethos as the last event, but on a much grander scale; basically, if there’s any music, art and culture-led event you don’t want to miss out on this year, it’s this one.

Where is MDLBEAST 2021?

SOUNDSTORM will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – just as it did in 2019. The company has not provided any information on whether they plan to expand the event to other cities within the region – or around the world, but has labeled SOUNDSTORM its “flagship festival,” leading us to speculate there are more events in the works. When Is MDLBEAST 2021?

The event will take place in Riyadh from December 16-19, 2021 – which means four days for festivalgoers to immerse themselves in a world filled with music, culture and art.

Who Will Be Part of The MDLBEAST 2021 Lineup?

In 2019, festivalgoers saw the likes of international music sensations David Guetta, Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, Afrojack, J Balvin, and Rick Ross, take the stage along with local and regional DJs among them COSMICAT, Dish Dash, Don Edwardo.

While the festival promises that this year’s edition will be “bigger and better in terms of number of artists, attendees and stages, and the overall offerings and services” it has yet to announce the full lineup. Check back soon for more details.

How Can I Buy MDLBEAST Tickets?

First release tickets for MDLBEAST 2021 will go on sale on Thursday, September 2; the organisers have noted that two other releases are also scheduled for the future. SOUNDSTORM attendees can choose from purchasing day tickets or 4-day passes, with different tiers that offered varied access to the event: Storm Chaser; Storm Blazer; VIB and VIB-BOX.
