Zero Nine’s All-Female Charity Event Is Back For Its Fifth Edition

The Zero Nine exhibition has quickly become one of the leading events in the UAE. From 11 to 14 April, the Fujairah-based charity exhibition will be showcasing the talents of over 60 Arab businesswomen as they debut their talents. From fashion designers to chefs, the female-only event for its fifth edition, which is themed ‘Creativity for a Cause’, at the Emirate’s Al Rumailah District.
To mark its fifth anniversary, Zero Nine have launched ‘Platform 09’, an interactive exhibition space where food, fashion, interiors and music come together in 90 art-based installations. Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Shamseh bint Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Zero Nine seeks to celebrate and empower Emirati and Middle Eastern women with all proceeds going to charity.
“Zero Nine is an annual celebration of the success of Arab women and entrepreneurs,” says Her Highness Sheikha Shamseh Al Sharqi. “But it’s also a special social occasion that celebrates achievement while offering a multi-sensory journey for its audiences and raising money for charity. This year, we are very pleased to have added Platform 09 – an interactive arts and experience platform to the event. This is a first for Fujairah, and will add to Zero Nine’s vibrancy and dynamism.”
Each year, the event sees pop-up shops, food trucks and some of the region’s most influential women take to the stage to deliver powerful speeches. This year, Synergy Healing Center, Fujairah’s leading hub for health and fitness, will host hot yoga outdoor classes and complimentary massages, as well as eateries such as Salt, Extreme, and Money Cookies delivering freshly-baked bites.
