
A New Fairytale-Inspired Afternoon Tea Has Arrived in Dubai
Indulge in an array of wellness-inspired bites and beverages in a mythical setting at one of Dubai’s most beloved teahouses
Tania Lodi, the founder of Tania’s Teahouse, and Nadia Parekh, the Founder of Mélange have collaborated on whimsical high tea experience quite like no other. Launching today on September 9, Fairies & Fungi will transport guests to a nostalgic feeling of comfort and creativity.
The two founders were inspired by storybook fables and have incorporated wellness elements into the high tea – think marshmallows infused with Lion’s Mane and rosemary.

The carefully curated menu also consists of a black forest cake with an incredibly creative twist – the cake’s exterior represents a witch’s cauldron, before being lit and burnt away to reveal delicious chocolate sponge interior, dark cherry compote, whipped vanilla ganache and chocolate shavings.

The unique menu created contains two original drinks or, ahem, shall we say elixirs. The first option is a Restful Reishi – a creamy cold foam latte, infused with vanilla and healing reishi, a beneficial ingredient designed to promote relaxation and boost your immune system.
The Shimmering Frosted Nectar is made up of lychee jasmine iced tea, with a passion fruit and strawberry popsicle and edible glitter. This delicious fruit-infused beverage is beyond aesthetic as it creates a shimmering illusion, dipped in pink glitter.
