For nine months straight, Gault&Millau’s anonymous investigators have journeyed across the UAE on a mission to rate some of the finest restaurants in the country.
Said investigators searched high and low for fine-dining experiences with special attention paid to chef-led establishments.
More than 200 restaurants were visited including every venue included in the previous Gault&Millau 2022 Guide that didn’t quite make the cut.
In the end, over 100 restaurants made it to the Gault&Millau 2023 Guide including 99 Sushi Bar, Amazónico, Avli by tashas, Basko, Chic Nonna, Fi’lia, Flamingo Room and La Cantine du Faubourg.
When is The Gault&Millau 2023 Gala?
The prestigious event will be held at Dubai’s most iconic landmark, the Burj Al Arab and will take place on the evening of April 27, 2023.
