Q43 has reinvented itself with a new F&B concept called Baby Q, which offers a new vibe with beautiful art pieces such as murals, mixed media prints and bold lighting features, amidst an out-of-the-box ceiling design created by Broadway Interiors and Art Painting Lab.
Conveniently located in Dubai Marina and walking distance to Dubai Media City, Baby Q is an ideal spot for media professionals, tourists and Marina locals to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
From the moment of entrance, visitors get immersed in the grandiose blend of green and red colours in the entire lounge. The paintings on the walls feature Art Painting Lab’s best talents in portraiture, fine line work, colour blocking, neon and pop colours, patterns, graffiti and innovative designs that mix well with the ultra-daring interiors by Broadway.

“This is the first bar and lounge we’ve worked on and it was great fun to push the boundaries by manipulating iconic art and experimenting with absurdity,” says Sam Saliba, founder of Art Painting Lab.
“Theatrics are an important component now, because people are expecting more visual entertainment if they choose to venture out. Art is a very good way to achieve that cost effectively as it can add drama and interactively bemuse the visiting guest.”

The menu offers a varied range of dishes, from all-day breakfast, plant-based food, vegetarian, meat, fish, seafood and platters. Bazaar recommends the sun-dried tomato hummus with cauliflower tortillas, which is a very healthy and non-carb option, and buffalo cauliflower which is very rich and meaty.
The salmon ceviche and duck speck salad are also delicious if you’re searching for a very light and tasty option. Portions are on the generous side but if there’s room, we suggest the puddings to end with!
The low-carb coconut cheesecake is also absolutely delicious and the flourless, sugar-free chocolate tart will really satisfy the most health-conscious eaters.
