From award-winning fine dining spots to hidden gems offering global flavours, this year’s line-up is bursting with must-try menus. We’ve curated an edit of 15 standout restaurants participating in the event that promise exceptional food, unique ambience, and a true taste of Dubai.

Varq

Located at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Varq, where delicacies are frequently garnished with a glimmer of edible gold or silver leaf, modern Indian fine dining reaches new heights. Ariana’s Persian Kitchen

The award-winning television chef and cookbook author Ariana Bundy opened her first restaurant at Atlantis The Royal, offering authentic Iranian dishes with a modern twist. Inspired by the original London warehouse-style restaurant, this lively eating spot in Atlantis, The Palm, offers a flavour of Britain right in the middle of Dubai.
