The pop-up restaurant has recently initiated the "Bleu Blanc Rouge" brunch, which includes cold as well as hot appetizers to choose from, ranging from tantalizing Yellowtail Crudo with Lemon Dressing, octopus cooked over wood fire with subtle mediterrenean flavors to roasted langoustine over lasagna pasta with lemon coconut nage and their famous truffle pizzette, a glorious amalgamation of thin crust pizza topped with a simple garlic sauce, rocket leaves drizzled with olive oil, parmesan cheese and a generous topping of black truffle.

The mains included in the brunch menu speak of all things seafood, with their star dishes being a generous Filet of Dover Sole 'Meunière' with crushed potatoes and Bouillabaisse de Poissons Cacciucco; a combination of succulent bits of seafood and orecchiette pasta topped with warm and silky lobster bisque. The menu also caters to non-seafood lovers by including chicken breast wih yellow wine sauce and a delectable 36-hour slow cooked lamb with celeriac purée.

The ones with a sweet tooth are in for a scrumptious treat with their highlight desserts such as French Toast Crème Brulée style, Millefeuille with Brown Butter Ice Cream and Black Peruvian Chocolate Tart, all set to tantalize the tastebuds of even the pickiest of dessert enthusiasts.
