The inaugural Gault&Millau Culinary Innovators is set to take place in October, welcoming 12 of Dubai’s most esteemed chefs to create a bespoke 11-course roaming tasting menu like no other. Over the course of three nights, October 24-26, guests will be treated to a unique culinary experience, completed with wine-tasting and bespoke dishes.
Chefs are being challenged to create fresh plates, combining innovation and presentation with their signature flavourful flair, meaning the dishes served will be entirely unique.
Tickets for the immersive experience are now available to purchase, with only 100 tickets available to guests per night. Attendees will be able to meet the talented chefs behind the menu, giving guests exclusive insight into the menu.
