Gault&Millau UAE 2023: New Guide, Winners, and Restaurant Rankings To Be Announced At An Exclusive Gala
The highly anticipated event will take place at the Burj Al Arab on April 27, 2023
Launched in the 1960s, Parisian restaurant guide Gault&Millau is best known for its extensive dining reviews that include expert insight into the best of the best when it comes to where to eat around the world.
Introduced by journalists Henri Gault and Christian Millau, the guide consists of an in-depth ranking of luxurious dining locations on a scale from 1 to 20. Subject to the score, the restaurant can receive between one to five toques.
Each year, Gault&Millau UAE hosts a private gala to celebrate and announce awards to the country’s leading chefs, sommeliers, restaurant managers, and restaurateurs. This year the event is all set to take place on April 27 at the luxury seven-star hotel, Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.
Tickets for the highly-anticipated event will go on sale on March 15 alongside the complete list of restaurants that will be included in this year’s Gault&Millau UAE guide.
