Sea Fu is at Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, and its revamped offerings are raising the bar on the already splashy Dubai culinary scene. Boasting sprawling views of the Arabian Gulf and serving an anthology of seafood dishes, the restaurant is a true ode to the sea in every sense.

Chef Joonsu Park has masterfully designed the menu in order to give guests an inspired, fully immersive dining experience. For those seeking an adventurous gastronomic journey, the tasting menu is the way to go. It includes an array of the restaurant’s signature dishes such as the king crab gratin and otoro carpaccio.
An equal amount of care has been put into crafting the exquisite beverage list, which is as whimsical as the food menu. Expert mixologists have been tirelessly working to create a one-of-a-kind drink offering, which will be available from mid-October, with each recipe taking its inspiration from one of the seven wonders of the world. From the Great Wall of China to Machu Pichu, each sip of one of these delectable beverages will transport you to a different exotic corner of the world.

The restaurant provides a serene recess from Dubai’s energetic city life where patrons can either choose to eat inside in the elegant dining room or al fresco among the lush foliage of the luxurious resort. Sea Fu offers a seamless transition from daytime to evening dining, allowing guests to reserve lunch or dinner seating from 12:30pm until 12:00am, or opt for a booking during Kanpai, the leisurely time between 17:00 and 19:00, during which the sundowner menu is served.
