Inspired by the core elements of Greek culture, Gaia brings the Mediterranean to you — think summertime comfort food, kissed by the sun. Co-founded by Evgeny Kuzin and Chef Izu Ani, the restaurant is located at Gate Village 4 in DIFC, and has branches in London, Monte-Carlo, and Doha.

The Maine
From opening its first location at a loading dock far out on Dubai’s coastline to having six different branches — including ones in Ibiza and London — The Maine has certainly proved itself as the go-to restaurant for seafood. Founded by Joey Ghazal, the restaurant now has four locations in Dubai, including its original spot as well as a branch in JBR, Business Bay, and Studio City.

SALT
Created by Amal Al Marri and Deem Albassam, SALT is a homegrown Emirati burger joint with branches in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait. A concept that initially started as a temporary food truck at Kite Beach, the restaurant has grown to become a staple in Dubai’s dining scene, best known for exceptional burgers and its youthful decor.
