On The Arabian-Inspired Menu
The Zabeel Iftar Tent’s menu was carefully curated by Chef Alaa Moustafa, who has prepared a range of dishes showcasing the fantastic flavours of Arabian cuisine.
A whole roasted lamb Ouzi is undoubtedly the star of the menu, complemented by hot and cold mezze appetizers; a fantastic selection of traditional Arabic dishes such as Chicken Kabsa, Fish with Sumac, and Daoud Basha among other dishes; and live cooking stations. The culinary experience is complete with a majestic dessert display taking centre stage.
Elevated with live Arabic music – performed every night of Ramadan on the qanun and ney, two traditional Arabic instruments – the dining experience at Marriott Hotel, Al Jaddaf’s Zabeel Iftar Tent is as culturally rich as it is enjoyable.
Suhoor And To-Go Options
