Newly opened restaurant Zenon is set to become one of Dubai’s go-to dining spots for foodies, fashionistas and technology fans.

Located in Downtown Dubai, Zenon claims to be a taste of the future, combining dining, entertainment and technology with elegant interiors, immersive artwork and a fresh, contemporary menu.

The food offering is a selection of Mediterranean classics, perfectly fused with the flavours of Asian cuisine. Served on stylish Hermès tableware and crockery, each dish is as much about presentation as it is about taste.

The menu is designed and prepared by the restaurant’s trio of international chefs, using carefully sourced ingredients chosen for their freshness. The distinctive menu offers a new experience, combining the two cuisines in often surprising ways.

Highlight dishes include the rigatoni with cream reduction and caviar, the Japanese wagyu and the tagliolini with Galician clams and red prawn tartare caviar.

Be sure to save room for dessert, where the tiramisu and “Guanaja” chocolate fondant are a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Zenon promises a 360-experience combining gastronomy with art, fashion, and technology. It uses Google intelligence and state-of-the-art Microsoft Kinect cameras to project moving digital artworks and holograms onto the venue’s ancient Greek-inspired interiors, keeping guests thoroughly entertained.
