Partakes will get the chance to run on Umm Suqeim Road for a distance of their choice, from a 4K fun run, a 10K race, or a full marathon. According to the Dubai Marathon’s official website, attendees should avoid parking on Jumeirah Beach Road, Al Sufouh Area, Madinat Jumeirah, or the Police Academy area as extensive road closures are expected in these areas.

Expected to be the biggest music festival the city has ever seen, many can’t wait for UNTOLD Dubai, happening from February 15 until February 18. Returning for its 16th edition, the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature is set to take place from the 31st of January to the 6th of February. Bookworms should expect both local and international authors, and will have the chance to attend a series of talks, workshops and masterclasses. The festival will take place at the InterContinental Hotel Festival City and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.
