While we try to get over this very special reunion, we’ve compiled some of the best moments that made us laugh, reminisce, and even shed some more tears
Seventeen long years after the series’ finale – and an endless year waiting for this special moment – the world was able to watch one last hurrah with Ross, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, Phoebe and Joey coming back together for a very special reunion episode.
The hour and 45-minute-long reunion special was funny, emotional, surprising, and yet incredibly heartfelt – a whirlwind of emotions that we were ready – or not – to feel while watching the Friends cast reunite on screen after all these years.

1| When The Friends Cast Entered Stage 24…
One by one, Rachel, Ross, Joey, Phoebe, Chandler and Monica walked alone into what was their home for around ten years.
It was probably the most emotional moment of the series. Watching the cast get back to the place where they shared hundreds of memories was something that we had waited for so long, making both the cast members — and viewers — tearing up.

2| Recreating the trivia from “The One With the Embryos” – This Time With Phoebe
On the original scene from 1998, Ross played a quiz where Monica, Joey, Chandler and Rachel had to guess literature, ancient history and other types of questions.
This time around, Phoebe joined, and the cast played the iconic quiz once again – but this time with special questions from the show.

3| Jennifer and David: The Off-Screen Crush We Never Knew About (But Now We Know…)
We know, it’s crazy that this didn’t go further, but yes, Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer – Ross and Rachel on Friends – did actually crush each other off-screen during the first seasons indeed.
“I had a major crush on Jen,” David revealed. Later Jennifer added that “it was reciprocal” – yes, shook! Both of them admitted this didn’t go any further because they were both in serious relationships
Spoiler alert! Schwimmer and Aniston actually revealed that Ross and Rachel’s first kiss in Central Perk was actually their first kiss ever – and we can’t help, but to fall in love with this special fact!
4| Friends’ Memories From Fans Around The World – Special Guests Included
It’s no news that Friends accompanied many of us through different stages of our lives. Whether these were the childhood, teenage or even adulthood days, Ross, Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey and Chandler were present in almost every citizen’s – figures such as David Beckham or Malala Yousafzai – living rooms for so many years.
But what was more shocking was that this series did not only draw smiles to our faces, create amazing memories and iconic phrases, and taught us life lessons, but for some people Friends became a way of escape, especially to all of those people who were going through tough times. “Friends were like my friends, since I didn’t have any,” share one fan.
We think that seeing all the people from different corners of the world and even celebs sharing their best moments with the series and how it has helped some others was one of the most emotional moments of this reunion – and a true proof that Friends was more than a series.
5| Phoebe and Her “Smelly Cat” Version, Featuring Lady Gaga
Yes, you read it right, Lady Gaga and Lisa Kudrow – aka Phoebe Buffay – singing the iconic “Smelly Cat” hit.
We were already excited when we saw Phoebe singing once again her “Smelly Cat” tune. But things just got a bit better when the one and only, Lady Gaga, joined with her own version of the song, and both of them ended up duetting it.

6| Friend’s Most Iconic Outfit Moments And A Memorable Fashion Show With Special Guests Modelling
There was no way this reunion wasn’t going to reminisce on the series’ most iconic outfits – what we weren’t expecting was how they were going to do it…and once again they absolutely surprised us.
Cara Delevigne donning Rachel’s pink maid of honor’s dress for Barry and Mindy’s wedding in season two; Cindy Crawford rocking Ross’ incredibly tight leather pants from season five; Justin Bieber walking down with Ross’ iconic Sputnik Potato costume…we thought we had seen it all, but this definitely taught us wrong. Oh, and let’s not forget Matt Le Blanc’s surprise appearance wearing once again all of Chandler’s clothes. EPIC!
It was with no doubt, one of the most hilarious and funny moments, and the absolute golden brooch to conclude this much-desired reunion.
We still don’t know if there will be another reunion or move in the near future – crossing our fingers for this – but what we do know is that it will be hard to forget all the good moments this show has left in our lives and how amazing it has been to reminisce about it.
Although the makers already announced that Friends’ when it ended, it did for good, no one really knows what the future will hold. What we do know is that we’ll be here to keep you updated on any news related to the iconic series. Stay tuned!
