Queen B just dropped her first solo track in six years, and it’s going to be the song of the summer

Since her last critically acclaimed solo album, Lemonade, in 2016, fans have been eagerly waiting to be blessed with another. While the 28 Grammy Award-winning artist has been busy these past few years, from bringing Nala to life in The Lion King to welcoming twins with husband Jay-Z, Beyoncé is back with another studio album, and we couldn’t be happier.

Beyoncé practically broke the internet yesterday when she announced her next body of work, act i: RENAISSANCE. In true Queen B style, the award-winning artist removed her profile pictures from all her social media pages and then updated her bio, announcing that her lead single, BREAK MY SOUL, would be out at midnight Eastern Time.

Right in time for summer, the dance anthem marks a new creative direction for Beyoncé, and we can’t wait to hear more on July 29.
