Set in the coastal town of Outer Banks, North Carolina where there is a significant divide between the wealthy seasonal residents (“Kooks”) and working-class locals (“Pogues”), the show follows along a group of teenage Pogues who are desperate to find out what happened to the missing father of the group’s ringleader, John B. as they are chased by a wealthy group of Kooks.
