The controversy began when Love is Blind contestants Jackelina Bonds and Marshall Glaze got engaged after the social experiments ‘pod’ phase and despite the relationship being smooth sailing for the first couple of weeks, things would swiftly change during their honeymoon spent in Mexico.

The couple began to argue consistently and although fans of the reality TV series were expecting them to pull through, it didn’t turn out that way. This week, a TikTok user discovered leaked messages from Jackie that had reportedly been sent anonymously via Instagram.

In the messages, Jackie sends a photo of Josh (a fellow contestant on Love is Blind) confirming the two are now dating and even says that she thinks Marshall was too ‘feminine’ for her liking.

Now, after the Love is Blind fanbase has been made aware of the leaked messages, Jackie is being sent a variety of threatening messages. In response, the Netflix star took to her Instagram stories with a screenshot of a DM. She wrote, “It’s heartbreaking to see these types of messages and DMs that I have been receiving. It’s sad to know that I can only protect myself so much.”
