Developed and produced by NCIG studios – The Fashionista is the first fashion-fuelled Original OSN+ mini-series set to launch across the region, uniting a force of regional talent including Lulwa Almulla, Jamal Al-Radhan, Huda Al-Khateeb, Salwa Khattab, Fay Fuad, Ascia, and Bibi Alabdulmohsen.
The series details a captivating storyline played out in the fabulous bubble of social media fame, featuring plenty of unexpected drama and friendship rivalries. The new mini-series promises to satisfy all of the unexpected plot-twists viewers crave, with six fun-filled episodes to indulge in—expect a deep dive into influencer culture.
The Fashionista follows Maryam—an aspiring influencer who becomes engulfed in the world of fashion and digital fame, played by Kuwaiti Actress Lulwa Almulla.
Who is Actress Lulwa Almulla?
Born and raised in Kuwait, Lulwa Almulla began her acting career in commercial advertisements—breaking into the world of television drama in 2015. Since then she has starred in series including Our Mother Rawihah Al Jannah, Yellows Words, and The Beirut Class.
The Kuwaiti Actress has also held lead roles in movies and theatre productions across the region, with her performances garnering her 1.2 million followers on Instagram.
The Fashionista will be released in early 2025 through streaming platform OSN+, part of the platform’s ever-growing commitment to supporting regional productions and Kuwaiti talent.
