The luxury hotel resortl on the Palm Jumeirah is set to display a firework show you will not be forgetting any time soon. Additionally, the Princess of Pop and Grammy Award winner – Kylie Minogue, will be returning to the Middle East for a performance consisting of canapés and a 30-piece live band performance.
