Ramy Youssef is Releasing A New Comedy Special
The award winning comedian will film his second comedy special on February 2nd and 3rd, 2024, set to stream on HBO later this year
Known for his groundbreaking show Ramy, Egyptian-American actor and comedian Ramy Youssef is releasing a new comedy special, titled Ramy Youssef: More Feelings on the streaming platform HBO. Set to be filmed in New Jersey, Ramy will perform two nights in a row. Here, Bazaar Arabia shares everything we know about the series.

After landing a Critics’ Choice Award nomination and winning a Writers Guild Award for his first special Ramy Youssef: Feelings, many fans are anticipating Ramy’s new project. Produced by A24 and HBO, this special will be directed by Christopher Storer, the creator behind the hit drama series The Bear.
This will not be the first time the pair collaborate. In the past, Christopher Storer joined Ramy’s project Ramy as a producer. Ramy also worked with The Bear’s crew to direct an episode in season two titled Honeydew.
More recently, Ramy hit the big screen thanks to his role in the film Poor Things. Directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, the film tells the story of Bella Baxter as she rediscovers life after being brought back from the dead by scientist Dr. Godwin Baxter. The project involves several talented actors including Emma Stone, Mark Ruffalo, and Willem Dafoe. This is Ramy’s first film role and Poor Things has already been nominated for 11 Oscars.
Ramy first made a name for himself in the industry with the series Ramy, which he created and produced. In the show, Ramy plays the son of Egyptian immigrants trying to find his way, torn between faith, community, traditions, and modern ideals. The series brings together a mix of Arab and international actors, including Bella Hadid and former Bazaar Arabia cover May Calamawy.

While the exact release date for Ramy Youssef: More Feelings has not been announced, fans of the comedian in the region can watch his first comedy special Ramy Youssef: Feelings via OSN Plus.
The comedy special will be filmed on February 2nd and 3rd, but will air on HBO in March.
