The acclaimed Netflix series, directed by Shonda Rhimes, draws its inspiration from Julia Quinn’s 8-part novel. With each season, the focus shifts to a different Bridgerton sibling and dives into their respective budding romances. Having focused on Anthony in its second season, the spotlight now turns to Colin as his own love story takes center stage.

Netflix shared a glimpse of the beloved series on Instagram with a teasing caption: “Do contain your excitement. Your first look at Bridgerton Season 3 has arrived.”

So…When Is Bridgerton Season 3 Coming Out?

In an official YouTube video shared by Netflix, the cast of Bridgerton officially confirmed the commencement of filming on July 20, 2022. However, it was during the much-anticipated TUDUM event in Brazil, that Netflix officially announced that season 3 will be coming.

Reflecting back on the production timeline of the inaugural season, viewers can set their sights on enjoying another season of the show in the upcoming months – most likely in November or December. Given that season 1 aired in December, with a Christmas twist, it gives fans all the more reason to suspect that season 3 will also be released in a similar time frame. Nonetheless, no official date has been announced yet.

Who Will Be In Bridgerton Season 3?

Rest assured, many of the familiar faces we love will be returning for season 3 including Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey), Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) and Lady Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell), just to name a few. Excitingly, Netflix has also confirmed Season 3 will welcome three new actors to the ton. Sam Philips has been casted as Lord Debling, Daniel Francis as Marcus Anderson and James Phoon is set to play Harry Dankworth.
