Holistic Dinners pay tribute to strength and elegance

Located at the stunning Baden-Württemberg House in EXPO 2020 Dubai, the leading luxury brand of professional grade appliances for the private chefs – Gaggenau – hosted an enchanting evening for a small collective of guests. Esteemed guests such as designers, partners, VIP clients, architects and luxury developers were treated to a transcendent culinary experience with Germanic flair, titled Gaggenau Holistic Dinners.

The theme of the evening was derived from two of the core Gaggenau features, strength and elegance, and Baden-Württemberg House meticulously synergises the dichotomy between the two. Strength pays tribute to the stainless steel in Gaggenau ovens, marked by know-how and quality, and the elegance derived from the brand’s minimalistic look and attention to detail, carefully crafted to perfection by hand. The space was kept clean to let the culinary scene shine, featuring a contrasting floral decoration.

Gastronomic visionary and world-renowned Executive Chef, Hadrien Villedieu, masterfully created and coordinated a dining experience. The menu consisted of creative dishes with a Germanic inspiration and the use of cooking techniques and ingredients that were contrasting in taste, textures and colours, and yet worked in symbiosis in the palate.
