For The Minimalists: AXOR and Architect Antonio Citterio Present A Stylish Range of Bathroom Products and Accessories
Both powerhouses are offering a personalised experience, defined by lifestyle
Sleek, functional and minimalist, the Axor Citterio C range was created with modernity in mind. Think individual preferences, smaller bathroom spaces and personalised style. From washbasin faucets to bath mixers and shower overheads, the range is crafted for comfort, reducing material use without compromising on its inherent style and elegance.
Designed by the renowned Italian architect and designer Antonio Citterio, the range embodies beauty in its elegant and unobtrusive shapes, reflecting his signature approach to basic forms. The ergonomic designs take into account efficient use of space and fluidity of form and shape, so that the products and accessories seamlessly blend in to elevate the aesthetics of the bathroom.
For the washbasins, three different heights and two wall-mounting fixtures offer flexibility of choice. When it comes to an intimate shower experience, the choice between a floor-standing bathtub mixer and a three-hole wall-mounted bath mixer with shower holder allows the user to make maximum use of space. There are also choices available between technology and installation options. “The bathroom has become a kind of living room, a place where we can relax and tend to our well-being. At the same time, especially in the city, even luxurious bathrooms are becoming smaller and so I perceived the need for a new design language at the washbasin,” explains Citterio, who is best known for his ability to create products that engage, attract and fit into a progressive lifestyle.

With the Axor Citterio C range, the design is in the details. Soft and sensuous forms around a conical body merge with slender verticality. The typical faucet shape is revisited, and an optional cubic-cut pattern on the handle adds sophisticated texture. Partially or fully textured for one or two handles, the design concept is integrated into every product accessory to maintain cohesiveness.
With the Axor Signature and the exclusive Axor FinishPlus surfaces, the possibilities to play with style, space, and functional elements are endless and distinctively elegant.
