Karl Lagerfeld Villas in Dubai: How Much Do They Cost?
A new real estate project in partnership with the luxury brand is coming up in the city
Global fashion label Karl Lagerfeld and UAE-based real estate developer Taraf have joined forces to build luxury villas in Dubai.

It will be the brand’s third residential real estate project worldwide, and the first in the Middle East. In 2021, the label founded in 1984 by the eponymous German designer and photographer, who died in 2019, built a set of luxury properties in Marbella, Spain, and this year it announced a hotel tower with branded residences in Malaysia.

Showcasing a blend of traditional and modern architecture, combined with the late couturier’s instantly recognisable aesthetic, the Karl Lagerfeld villas are inspired by 18th-century Paris.
The houses will offer a glimpse into Karl’s world, combining his vision with contemporary creativity to celebrate his unique sense of style and highlight his motto: ‘Embrace the present and invent the future.’
Announced in October last year, the plan to build 51 luxury homes is a partnership between the luxury fashion house and Dubai developer Taraf.

The project will be located in the Meydan area, the entire community will be Karl Lagerfeld-branded, with the centre strip designed to represent a runway to link a community club with landscaped gardens and a lagoon.
According to reports, the villas are set to be completed in 2027.
Karl Lagerfeld Villas in Dubai: How Much Do They Cost?
A Karl Lagerfeld villa is priced close to €8 million (Dhs31.9 million), according to Spanish news agency EFE.
Targeted at high-net-worth-individuals (HNWIs), the customisable villas come in two façades – Soft Modern and Urban Modern. However, prices for the villas vary depending on the number of bedrooms, according to a report by Arabian Business.
“The 5-bedroom villa starts at AED15 million, whereas the 6- and 7-bedroom villas are priced at AED20 million and AED25 million, respectively,” Taraf chief executive Ahmed Shibel was quoted as saying.
Bazaar Arabia got in touch with a realtor, Rolf Manuel, who specialises in dealing with properties in the area. He said that townhouses and villas in Meydan, range from Dhs4 million to 8.5 million, depending on the number of bedrooms.
Larger houses and mansions, such as the ones in the District One community, could sell for 20 million to 60 million.
