How To Take Part In Downtown Design’s Upcoming Design Exhibition
Downtown Design has announced the launch of an exciting conceptual exhibition as a part of their virtual programme this year, which aims to seek out the region’s finest architects and design professionals
The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic has the world questioning traditional models of societal synergy, placing a novel order on our built environment.
To highlight the design industry’s progress to the altering attitudes towards how further engagement can take place in the surroundings, Downtown Design is set to invite the region’s architects and interior designers to conceive how we can thrive post-pandemic.

Design professionals and architects from various studios based in the Middle East are welcome to participate. They will be encouraged to offer solutions on how design can evolve in the residential, commercial, hospitality and urban design sectors.
There is no charge for those who take part and the designers will receive the support of Downtown Design’s platform in strengthening the market awareness of their design practice.

The design proposals can be presented in any format. The selected designs will be presented in an exhibition during Dubai Design Week that will unmask the region’s creativity to the audience and will be praised with a simultaneous programme of digital panel discussions by regional and international experts.
The Shape Of Things To Come is on view from 9-14 November 2020 at Design Quarter, Dubai Design District (d3)
