The Details: Blue Ivy’s VMA Dress

A dress and price tag fit for a princess…

Four-year-old stunner Blue Ivy Carter turned heads when she arrived at the VMAs in matching ensembles with her mother, Beyoncé, but that little white carpet surprise came with a major price tag: Blue’s glittery gown apparently costs nearly Dhs40,400.

The garb—with a high-low tulle skirt, metallic embroidered top and gilded flowers around the waist—is a design by luxury children’s brand Mischka Aoki. Though the style itself isn’t currently available online, similar styles on Aoki’s site range from about Dhs14,500 to over Dhs73,400.
