WHO OR WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION?
Nature. We can learn so much by just observing nature, from landscapes to animals – everything about the natural world is a constant source of inspiration to me.
WHAT WOULD YOU TELL YOUR YOUNGER SELF?
I love you and you are awesome. You have everything that you need to grow, flourish and have a wonderful life!
WHAT KEY LESSONS HAVE YOU LEARNT AND WHO TAUGHT THEM TO YOU?
The key lessons that I have learnt are from my own life experiences and they are: Motivation – look around and find what makes you say ‘wow’ every day. Kindness – be kind to everyone, you don’t know what they are going through. The power of the body and mind connection – the body has its own memory, learn to listen to it, it has a lot to say.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?
New experiences – whatever they may be. Learning, growing and challenging myself is my best source of motivation.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
The industry is always changing, which means that as a business we must keep evolving. The importance of communications when it comes to a brand’s positioning in the market is something that never fails to inspire me. Being able to work with my team on creating a brand’s PR and communications strategy and seeing how that impacts its place in the industry is something that I will always love about my job.
HAPPINESS IS…
Doing what you truly want to do with your life and having the ability to do what you feel like doing every single day.
MY GREATEST JOY IS
Playing music – DJing, travelling and exploring new cultures and an early morning walk with my dog, Zito.
The future is
Now. The future doesn’t exist, it is all about the now
BIGGEST REGRET?
I don’t have any regrets – I truly believe that everything happens for a reason.
WHAT DO YOU LISTEN TO MOST – YOUR HEAD, HEART OR GUT – AND WHY?
Ideally, I listen to a mix of my head, heart and gut – but mostly I listen to my gut.
