Naila Kiani has etched her name in the annals of history with an extraordinary display of courage and skill, scaling new heights and shattering records in a single, triumphant day.
At the break of dawn today, she achieved an astonishing feat, conquering the majestic Broad Peak – known for its treacherous terrain and relentless weather- soaring 8,051 meters above sea level and joining the ranks of an elite few who have dared to challenge its icy slopes. In what can best be described as a moment of immense pride, she became the first Pakistani woman to triumph over this mountain, leaving the world in awe of her indomitable spirit.
But that’s not all. The 37-year-old’s remarkable journey also saw her etching her name into mountaineering history as the first Pakistani woman to summit all five 8000 meters mountains located in the country and stand tall atop eight – of the 14 globally recognized – 8000 meters peaks.
