Maya Aboul Hosn won the title of Miss Universe Lebanon 2023 and will now represent the country at the 72nd Miss Universe in El Salvador on November 18. She took to her Instagram to share her gratitude, captioning the photo, “Embarking on an incredible journey to represent Lebanon in the Miss Universe competition! With love and pride for my hometown, let’s shine on the global stage!”
Georgina Rizk from Lebanon was crowned Miss Universe in 1971, and Lebanon’s Marcelle Herro was placed in the top 12 in 1973.

In 2022, Maya Aboul Hosn entered Miss Universe Lebanon for the first-time, taking home the first runner-up title. However, Maya’s determination won her the Miss Universe Lebanon title the year after in 2023.

On World Tourism Day, Maya wore a custom-made Maison Elio Moussallem white pantsuit. The design hosted a lovely ode to her country with the Lebanese Cedar Tree featured on the back of her elegant blazer.

Amongst her many talents, Maya has recently added TV host to the list. Maya is a host for a renowned television platform in the country, LBCI Lebanon, becoming a part of the Morning Talk team in April.

The Murex d’Or Awards were hosted last month, in September. Maya attended the prestigious event wearing a gorgeous gown by Tony Ward Couture and paired her ensemble with Moukarzel Jewellery.
