Emirates Red Crescent

As a prominent humanitarian organisation in the UAE, Emirates Red Crescent is running a special donation programme for the month of Ramadan. Starting at just Dhs5, you can help someone break their fast by contributing to their iftar meal. You can also purchase a Ramadan Food Box for Dhs10 or pay for an entire iftar for just Dhs15. If you’d like to provide more, you can customise a donation amount according to your budget.

Dar Al Ber Society

Established in 1978, Dar Al Ber Society is one of the oldest charities in the UAE. The organisation has a longstanding commitment to humanitarian work with a number of initiatives that range from supporting orphans and students to providing clean water and educational aid. While these initiatives run throughout the year, donations are encouraged during the month of Ramadan.

Dubai Cares

This month, Dubai Cares has launched the ‘Gaza In Our Hearts’ Ramadan fundraising campaign. With an aim to help the people of Palestine, all donations made towards this initiative will go towards providing hot meals, food baskets, as well as waterproof and fireproof shelter.
In addition to this campaign, donors can also choose to sponsor a day of education for Dhs 5, provide 25 schools meals for Dhs25, or pay for an entire year of education for Dhs700.

Al Jalila Foundation

In collaboration with Costa Coffee, Al Jalila Foundation has launched their Basma Ramadan campaign. After purchasing a gift card through the Costa Club app, Costa Coffee will donate Dhs5 from every Dh50 spent to the Basma Ramadan campaign, an initiative by Al Jalila Foundation. The money raised through the campaign will go towards delivering vital medical support to the underprivileged.

Dubai Charity Association

An annual initiative by the Dubai Charity Association, their Ramadan campaign includes a variety of humanitarian initiatives such as iftar sayim, Mir Ramadan, Orphan’s Joy, and Zakat al-Fitr. Each project seeks to alleviate the burdens of financially challenged and needy families during Ramadan.

In partnership with Talabat UAE and the Emirates Red Crescent, Dubai Culture its “Ramadan Heroes,” initiative, encouraging the public to donate iftar and suhoor meals through the talabat app. These meals will be swiftly delivered to beneficiaries across the country.
