A new island just off the coast of Abu Dhabi is all set to launch in the UAE. The latest development, Ramhan Island, will be located 20 minutes from the capital and will feature 1,800 beach villas, 1,000 residences, a hotel, along with a stunning marina, according to Arabian Business.
Founder of Emaar Properties and Emirati businessman Mohamed Alabbar will be launching this new area as part of his own private firm, Eagle Hills.
The UAE introduced a similar development in Dubai, the World Islands that opened as recently as last summer with its first Anantara World Islands Hotel, a short 20 minute yacht ride from its existing Palm Jumeirah location. The project continues to expand to unveil new properties in the large space.
When is Ramhan Island Opening?
While no official release date has been announced, we can expect nothing less than a new stunning luxurious haven that will soon become everyone’s go-to staycation spot.
