Coinciding with the cooler months, a certain number of secret desert pop-ups have recently opened their doors at deserts across the UAE – creating the perfect open-air ambiance to be enjoyed alongside loved ones.
Most recently, the brand-new Caia Bamboo desert pop-up—located at the serene Al Qudra desert—has proven to be the most prestigious of its kind, welcoming the most important guest of all on December 7, 2023: HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
A Glimpse Into HH Sheikh Mohammed’s Visit To Caia Bamboo’s Secret Desert Pop-Up At Al Qudra
His Highness is visibly seated on a pristine table for four, elegantly placed on the Arabian desert sand and located alongside the ethereal Flamingo Lake. Adorned with a luxurious fountain and glittering fairy lights, the lake-side popup embodies the bliss and serenity of the cooler winter months, creating an ethereal open-air ambiance in which one can luxuriate and create unforgettable memories with loved ones.
What is Caia Bamboo?
The secret desert pop-up stems from Box Park’s gorgeous Caia Café and is located at the end of Flamingo Lake at Al Qudra desert.
Caia Bamboo has crafted a delightful menu for all its invitees, serving delectable pastries, hearty mixed grills, burgers, pastas, and other dishes prepared with love. To conclude the experience on a sweet note, guests are invited to indulge in luxuriously sweet cakes and desserts, elevated with fantastic coffee, juices, and iced drinks.
HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai has previously supported other desert pop-ups in the UAE, which most notably include the aesthetically pleasing Hidden – a serene desert pop-up visited by His Highness on January 1, 2023.
Open daily from 4pm to 1am, Caia Bamboo at Al Qudra desert is a blissful, secret desert-pop up which overlooks the serene Flamingo Lake – constituting the perfect natural escapade this holiday season.
