Following the birth of his twins in late May, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed was recently spotted at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai in Al Naseem – his first restaurant visit since the delivery of his son and daughter. The Italian eatery boasts authentic Tuscan cuisine, offering a selection of delectable dishes to guests from its sustainable farm-to-table concept.
Sheikh Hamdan enjoyed the tagliatelle al tartufo (umbrian black truffle and parmesan pasta), Bistecca alla Fiorentina (grain fed t-bone steak with roasted rosemary baby potatoes) and pizza al tartufo (Umbrian black truffle, buffalo mozzarella) while visiting the restaurant.
Best-loved for its no-nonsense approach to rustic and authentic Tuscan dining, upscale atmosphere and warm hospitality Jumeirah Al Naseem’s Il Borro Tuscan Bistro gained instant hit status when opening back January 2017.
With a foucs on utilising the best seasonal ingredients like olives and artichokes, the restaurant sources various fresh ingredients from its organic farm at the Il Borro estate in Tuscany.
